Communication through WhatsApp only took too long!!! The heating restrictions during damp weather make the room uncomfortably warm without a fan. Lack of tea or coffee in rooms is surprising for a boutique hotel!!!

all fine, but cold room

Had a decent stay in the Beautiful Double Room. The room size was great for Venice! Communication about issues took ages, and they wouldn't turn on the heating during the wettest days. Just a bit more customer service would’ve made a big difference!

this hotel was nothing short of a disappointment. I could hear the water running through pipes all night and the check-in process was horrible, requiring confusing codes. I expected a complimentary gesture for all the trouble but got nothing. the breakfast lady barely spoke English, and lady before was outright rude.

Staying for two nights in the Luxury Triple Room, the central location was perfect for walking to attractions like the Leonardo Da Vinci museum. The room was clean, and having a supermarket nearby added convenience for snacks during our stay. However, the lack of on-site staff made check-in a bit tricky, and the absence of a lift posed challenges for families with smaller children. The breakfast was good and plentiful, though minimal interaction with staff made the experience feel slightly impersonal.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Leonardo Da Vinci interactive museum, which my kids loved. Having a supermarket across the street was convenient for our large family. The kids enjoyed exploring the charming nearby streets of Venice.

My wife says that a bit more storage in the bathroom would help families greatly.

Great location. only 12 minutes from the bus station and close to everything you need, like restaurants and a supermarket. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was a delightful way to start the day!
